Shipping

Once order is placed, your product is usually ready to ship in 3~5 business days. Items will be shipped once payment has been made in full. We ship using USPS First Class/Priority mail or Fedex/UPS Ground. We cannot guarantee the arrival date of any item shipped. To estimate transit time to your state, please use our Transit Map. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Box addresses using Fedex. APO/FPO and all U.S. territories including Puerto Rico will be considered as international shipping.

Every order shipped gets a tracking number through USPS.com or Fedex which is sent directly to the email address linked to your(buyer's) account. We ALWAYS ship to the address provided. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If an item is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. If "Delivery Signature" is not requested at check out page, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Your item is packaged to arrive in perfect condition, but anything can happen during shipping.


*** INTERNATIONAL BUYERS 

Once you add your shipping address in your cart, you will see the shipping cost for your country. Please take into account that items may be held for additional customs/duty/VAT fees in your country of residence. These fees are separate from your purchase with us, and we unfortunately have no control over them. Marking a false value or marking the parcel as a "gift" is illegal, so please do not ask us to do so. 

Using a forwarder: Also, you can use forwarding companies like MyUS.com(over 225 countries), MalltailUSA.com(Specialized in South Korea, Japan, China and Germany) who offer convenient International Shipping. These companies offer deeply discounted international shipping rates to more than 225 countries. They will provide you with a US street address, receive packages on your behalf, and then ship your order overseas. They also help prepare customs paperwork for your shipments. Please check their estimated cost first before you place an order.

Canceling an Order

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to below Return policy.

      Returns

      Our policy lasts 14 days on unused items. If 14 days have gone by since the item arrival notice, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and in their original packaging with ALL labels and tags are still attached. You must contact us for a RMA number prior to your return and provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the returned item(product value only) back to the original method of payment. 

      Please note:
      • Opening a box to verify contents, size, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing packaging or labels etc. are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
      • The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all labels, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
      • Please use care when opening your product(s) so that you remain entitled to a refund should you choose to return your product(s).
      • All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.
      • The original handling fee and/or shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
      • If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.
      • If you change your mind about a product or return it with damage or outside the return window, there will be a restocking fee of 10% – 30% of the item's original price (typically it is 20%). 
      In order to offer fast and free shipping, reduce waste, and responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items, we charge a return shipping fee equal to 20% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 25% of the paid value. 
      * Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

      ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Please do not send your purchase back to the store. Please contact us before returning anything. Thanks!

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
      Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is washed. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

      Damaged package

      For damaged packages, be sure to report to us within 48 hours of delivery. If any damages occurred during transit, we will need to file a claim with the transportation company ASAP. We will need the package pictures before and after opening the box. Do not use the item if it's damaged if you want to file a claim. 

       

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Sale items (if applicable)
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pillobebe.com first so we can arrange exchanges.

      Gifts
      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Return Shipping
      To return your product, please send us an email at support@pillobebe.com first so we can arrange return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
